What’s Happening in Swansea???

On June 13th, the Swansea Public Library will be hosting a 17-century, New England fur-trading program.

When: June 13th beginning at 11:00am.

Junior Friends… You are cordially invited to help out at the plant sale on Saturday, May 16th from 9am – 12noon!!!

WOOT members we have an important announcement for you!

We are proud to introduce our new point system, a way to earn your notebook and add new members to our club. For every meeting you attend, you recieve one point. If you bring a friend, you get 2 points and the friend also recieves a point. When you reach 15 points, you will get a notebook supplied by the library. (Eco-friendly of course.) If you bring a snack or drink, you recieve 3 points in addition to your attendence point for the day.

New memebers who come will recieve three points on their first day!!! Please try to attend as many meetings as possible!

The month of April is National Poetry month. Submit a poem here at the website or at the Circulation desk. If your poem is chosen, it will be hung up at the library and will be posted here. Thanks for your participation!!!

It’s Plant Sale time again!!! We need your help. The Friends of the Library are looking for donations of perennials, annuals, houseplants, seedlings, gardening books or gardening art.

Where: ON THE FRONT LAWN OF THE SWANSEA PUBLIC LIBRARY (69 Main Street)
